Invoking ghcii.sh from cygwin fails if ghc is installed in "C:\Program
 Files", because the path has spaces in it.  A fix is changing the line

 exec $0/../ghc --interactive ${1+"$@"}

 to

 exec "$0"/../ghc --interactive ${1+"$@"}
