Merge the patches from http://darcs.haskell.org/SoC/ghc.debugger avoiding
 conflicts.
 Care with the patches named "Sync with main ghc repo" or such, they were
 conflict-fix patches and should not be pushed.

 The merge will have to be done mostly by hand.
