Network.URI.parseURI seems to accept every string as an URI

Hello.

Network.URI.parseURI seems to always return (Just _). Try this...

   print (Network.URI.isAllowedInURI ' ')
   print (Network.URI.parseURI "   ")

I'm talking about GHC 6.2.2
