This only happens for WinDoze builds with --enable-hopengl and can
easily be fixed:

As you probably already have noticed, the OpenGL stuff in the
hierarchical libraries is currently untested on WinDoze platforms, but
in theory it should work. hopengl at haskell.org is the right place to
complain...  :-}
