Bus Error when profiled

I compiled a program with "ghc --make -prof -auto-all -H100M
-fglasgow-exts -i.. -iHUnit -package data -package util -package posix
-syslib concurrent ...".  When I run it, it evokes a "Bus Error" (with or
without "+RTS -p").  Any ideas what's wrong?

I'm using GHC 5.02.3 on Sparc/Solaris.
