ghc-5.04.1 win32 RC installer available

A candidate win32 installer for ghc-5.04.1 is available via

      http://galois.com/~sof/ghc-5-04-1.msi  (a hefty 29M.)

It includes an updated version of the support tools (i.e.,
mingw-based gcc + GNU binutils), so I'd be grateful if people
could give it a spin to verify the installer's sanity before
it's uploaded to haskell.org & its availability announced.
