Install on win98 gives error

As far as I can tell it installs without problem.  I
selected uninstall first, and then ran install and got no
errors.  I don't know whether the fact that a ghc had been
installed and uninstalled might conceal any problems, but I
don't know how to do better than that!

Thanks for mending it. BTW, is your name actually Sigbjorn,
or has it got ASCIIfied from Sigbjörn?
