Instruction Cache Flush in createAdjustor on SPARC

I don't have access to any SPARC-based machine, but...
I noticed that createAdjustor() doesn't flush the instruction cache after
generating code for sparc.
That's necessary for PowerPC, but it crashes only "sometimes" on "some
machines" when it's left out - so if it is necessary for sparc, then this is a
serious bug, but it might not yet have been noticed.
Can anyone with sparc experience think of a reason why cache flushing should
_not_ be necessary here?
Cheers,
Wolfgang Thaller
