Okay, don't lose any sleep over it, but

   eris% ghc -Wall -O3 -o MkHTML MkHTML.hs
   ghc-5.00.2: panic! (the `impossible' happened, GHC version 5.00.2):
        unknown opt level

   Please report it as a compiler bug to glasgow-haskell-bugs at haskell.org,
   or http://sourceforge.net/projects/ghc/.

I'm inclined to consider the request for report to be the real bug
here.  "Unknown opt(imization) level" says it all, I think.  Perhaps
lower to the highest possible (-O2) when overspecified like this?
