Problem in using ghc 4.08.2 with wins NT

Hi!
I have followed the instructions on the webpage regarding ghc4.08.2 with
Wins Nt.
However, ghc is not working.
Here is the error when I tried to run hello world
sh-2.04$ ghc -v -o hello.exe main.hs
The Glorious Glasgow Haskell Compilation System, version 4.08.2

Effective command line: -v -o hello.exe

Ineffective C pre-processor:

How do  I resolve this problem?
