cygwin compile failure

This time I tried:
./configure --host=i386-unknown-mingw32 --enable-win32-dlls
It's definitely getting closer, but not quite there.  Make is attached.

p.s. I found a "gotcha" for the build info:
If you install cygwin somewhere other than the root directory (as 
suggested by the cygwin install) e.g. c:\cygwin\...
Then you need to also put the ghc sources under there, otherwise it 
won't be able to find some executables when building.
