Example code for GetOpt doesn't compile

The example code is slightly wrong.

Change this:

>       (_,_,errs) -> fail (userError (concat errs ++ usageInfo header 

to this:

>       (_,_,errs) -> ioError (userError (concat errs ++ usageInfo
header
