ghc4.08.1 - bug in either foreign label or CString (or somewhere).

The program attached prints "hello, world" for ghc-4.08 (on Solaris) but just "" for 
ghc-4.08.1.

To compile:

ghc hello.c Hello.hs -fglasgow-exts -syslib lang -Onot -o hello
