We changed the Exception interface around a bit since 4.08.1.  The
chances are that you're looking at the new documentation but using the
old interface.  Replace catch with catchAllIO and everything should be
fine.

Reuben: it seems the documentation for 4.08.1 on the web site points to
the newer documentation, could you take a look?  Ta.
