 I'm running into https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/issues/28997 trying to
 replicate. Do let me know if you manage to replicate this anywhere else.

 Otherwise, it would be nice to know if building without `--html` and
 `--hyperlinked-source` still segfaults. Same thing for building with
 `--html` and without `--hyperlinked-source`. As part of the HIE
 hyperlinker work, I've gotten rid of some of the old
 `StringBuffer`-related segfault footguns Haddock used to have, so this
 might even be fixed on that branch!
