 I have marked T1288_ghci as broken in !186.

 In my opinion we should mark the particularly fragile tests as broken in
 the unregisterised way. Not only will this help identify the tests which
 the unregisterised backend struggles with (which may help identify how it
 can be fixed) it also brings us closer to removing the `allow_failure` tag
 from the unregisterised CI job.
