 I've concocted a fix for this based on a very simple idea.

 The idea is: don't crash early.

 `load_dyn` simply not crashes when `loadDLL` fails. Instead `load_dyn`
 issues a warning, stating that it can't load the dll and that some symbols
 may remain unresolved. If the latter is the case it crashes later
 eventually.
