 Adding `-debug` and `-Dp` reveals that something is preventing the
 relevant cost-centre from being added to the relevant CAF cost-centre-
 stacks. But this is necessary in order for the logic in fprintCCS_stderr
 to find the subsequent stacks, to print the "evaluated by" stuff.

 (On Debian I also have to add `-threaded -rtsopts` because we have a
 `libHSrts_thr_debug_p.a` but not a plain `libHSrts_debug_p.a` for some
 reason.)
