 I grepped through ghc git repo and submitted Phab:D5257 Phab:D5262
 Phab:D5261 Phab:D5260 Phab:D5259 https://github.com/haskell/win32/pull/116
 and https://github.com/haskell/bytestring/pull/166

 I think that's all hackage.haskell.org/trac converted to
 ghc.haskell.org/trac
