 Turns out the section on
 [https://downloads.haskell.org/%7Eghc/latest/docs/html/users_guide/phases.html
 #ghc-flag--fno-gen-manifest `-fno-gen-manifest`] also has an error, though
 this one is just grammatical:

 > On Windows, GHC normally generates a manifestmanifest file...
