 ghc-heap should show an accurate representation of what's on the heap.
 When profiling is enabled the profiling header is just completely ignored
 and not represented in the `StgInfoTable`.

 A new field should be added to `StgInfoTable` with type `Maybe
 ProfilingHeader` just like we already have for tables next to code.
