 changes:

 MUT_ARR_PTRS_FROZEN0       -> MUT_ARR_PTRS_FROZEN_DIRTY
 MUT_ARR_PTRS_FROZEN        -> MUT_ARR_PTRS_FROZEN_CLEAN
 }}}

 It seems like somehow system GHC's tools or header files are used instead
 of
 in-tree ones. Not sure how this is possible though ...
