 I get the same error:

 dyld: Library not loaded: /usr/local/opt/gmp/lib/libgmp.10.dylib
   Referenced from: /private/tmp/ghc-8.6.2/libraries/base/dist-
 install/build/libHSbase-4.12.0.0-ghc8.6.2.dylib
   Reason: image not found
