 Hope I've done everything right. It was a bit daunting editting the whole
 of `glasgow_exts` as one monstrous file. I have (I hope) touched only
 section 10.16.

 > Misleading documentation is in many ways worse than no documentation.

 I've at least corrected the most egregious errors. I also reviewed
 refs/links to ScopedTypeVariables from other sections. (Some of them were
 more accurate than 10.16 itself ;-) No other changes needed on this topic
 IMO.
