 Despite GHC suggesting to file this as a GHC bug, I'd suggest trying to
 report this to https://github.com/commercialhaskell/stack/issues

 Alternatively, I'd ask you to try to reproduce this without the use of
 Stack and let us know if the issue still occurs then.
