 I don't understand what `DynFlags` has to do with anything. `-Wno-
 inaccesible-code` already disables these warnings. I thought you were
 requesting that we //never// emit inaccessible code warnings for derived
 code (regardless of whether `-Winaccessible-code` is enabled or not).
 That's what I don't know how to do.
