 This bug has a ticket open on the Arch tracker
 https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/58795 . I have had no luck coming up with
 a reliable way to reproduce this behavior. I'm sure you've already seen
 these, but #14346 and #13707 seem possibly related to this.
