 If dominic feels strongly about this, then yes, I'd encourage that they
 take this issue to the libraries list. I posted comment:34 not necessarily
 to start the debate afresh, but to give an overview of how things came to
 be, and to give my (editorialized) view on a simple way to resolve this
 issue.
