 This seems unfortunate to me. I wonder if it would be better to have

 {{{#!hs
 getNat :: TypeRep (n :: Nat) -> Natural
 }}}

 and then dispense with `KnownNat`. If I were guessing which were primitive
 between `KnownNat` and `Typeable`, I would guess `Typeable`.
