 Ideally we would add human readable examples to the Parser file and update
 https://ghc.haskell.org/trac/ghc/wiki/Commentary/Compiler/CmmType as well.

 But that's not a small task and outside of the scope of this.

 I might at least add examples for the if syntax though.
