 This would probably make for a good [[https://github.com/ghc-proposals
 /ghc-proposals|proposal]] since it will affect a relatively large number
 of users. That being said, given that `UnliftedArray#` is a strict
 generalization of `ArrayArray#` I expect it won't be *that* hard to expose
 the existing `ArrayArray#` interface built on top of `UnliftedArray#`. The
 only annoying issue is that users often import `GHC.Prim` directly, which
 has no Haskell module associated with it.
