Comment:

 I opened this one to track the work I ended up doing in Phab:D4989.
 Which was essentially an excercise in number tweaking and which I consider
 done.

 There is no reason why we can't expand the scope of this ticket by the
 points raised in your other comment though if you feel they are better
 suited to be discussed seperately form making nofib awesome.
