I'm hoping I'll be able to report some numbers by tonight. I have most of
the parsing and "infrastructure" sorted out already. This will require
some refactoring I think (e.g right now, to go straight to the point, I'm
importing `Rules.Library` from `Rules.Compile` just to be able to reuse
some of my parsers) but the performance improvement should be there.
