 After getting the side-by-side performance comparison stuff from wip/perf-
 testsuite running, I can confirm that changing `findIndices` from `INLINE`
 to `INLINABLE` causes no performance regressions in any of the performance
 tests.  So, I'll try to put together a patch and submit to Phabricator.
