 I've attached three files containing runtime symbol sets as described in
 the comment above.

 The symbols were generated on Windows/MSYS2, using GHC code that's about
 two weeks old.

 Given what I'm learning about the runtime system, I'm not optimistic that
 the detection of missing runtime symbols can be fully automated.
