 Sure, so in effect we just lift the saturation requirement on arguments of
 some primops. That makes sense.

 I just wanted to make sure that we wouldn't be sacrificing even more STG-
 linting with this change.

 I can have a swing at implementing this once we feel the design hss
 converged, if you would like.
