Comment:

 This is a duplicate of #13819. It's definitely fixed in GHC 8.4, since it
 was fixed in commit c2417b87ff59c92fbfa8eceeff2a0d6152b11a47 (`Fix #13819
 by refactoring TypeEqOrigin.uo_thing`).

 It happens to be fixed in GHC 8.2.2, too (see
 https://ghc.haskell.org/trac/ghc/ticket/13819#comment:16).
