 Could you use https://docs.microsoft.com/en-
 us/sysinternals/downloads/procdump to generate a crash dump for me? using
 `-t -ma`.

 Also what's your OS version? (use powershell and `Get-CimInstance
 Win32_OperatingSystem | Select-Object Caption, Version,
 ServicePackMajorVersion, OSArchitecture | Format-List *`
