 Moritz Angerman has recently been working on
 [[https://github.com/snowleopard/hadrian/pull/445|enabling]] relocatable
 builds of GHC in Hadrian. This will enable a user to extract a bindist
 anywhere in their file system and expect it to work. Moreover, it should
 simplify our installation procedure
