Well let's please not continue using the word "undecidable" to have
anything to do with the coverage conditions. I can't imagine it was
originally anything but an oversight to have `UndecidableInstances`
completely disable the coverage conditions. `UndecidableInstances` is
supposed to be just about termination of instance search.
