 What if there was a dedicated place for announcing breaking changes,
 gathering feedback, stating blockers and prompting to hurry? I read a lot
 of arguments on the net stating "they said; no we didn't; yes but..." etc.
 Maybe a public audit trail for decisions like this will help to prevent
 good portion of the drama.
