 In addition, I'm unable to find this format of the cabal file anywhere in
 GHC's git repo. Both master and ghc-8.2.2-release show an integer-
 gmp.cabal with cabal-version set to >= 1.10. At the very least, it seems
 like good practice to ensure that whatever is uploaded to Hackage matches
 the files GHC itself is shipping artifacts from.
