 I can reproduce the issue using following shells:
 1. x64 msys 2.0
 2. x32 git-bash that's bundled with portable-git 1.9.5
 3. Not too old cygwin (sorry, don't have it with me right now)

 I'll try to provide the dump later since just following instructions in
 https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/chaun/2013/11/12/steps-to-catch-a-simple-
 crash-dump-of-a-crashing-process/ does not produce any dumps for me.
