 I'm not sure whether this is the right place for this type of issue, but I
 cannot download GHC 8.0.2 for i386 debian 8
 (http://downloads.haskell.org/~ghc/8.0.2/ghc-8.0.2-i386-deb8-linux.tar.xz)
 - I get 404 Not Found error from nginx. I tried from 2 different IPs, so
 the issue is likely not on my side.

 I tried some other urls and they all result in the same 404 error:
