 I suspect it's `literate-unitb` from [https://github.com/unitb/literate-
 unitb/tree/d35ae6190407b7579e785db9dac8ef0b62c729eb here].

 I was able to reproduce the panic, but `literate-unitb` is so complicated
 that I can't minimize the panic down to a single file with no
 dependencies. cipher1024, might you be able to trim the example down some
 so that we can help debug this further?
