 @varosi I've uploaded a build which contains both the NUMA code and
 processer group supports here https://1drv.ms/u/s!AuQz_u-
 9HaJPmZJodxEWgq4OJ4KDkQ

 for processor groups you don't need to do anything aside from passing `-N`
 to the rts. and to test NUMA support pass `--numa`.
