 Hmm.  Maybe just report when it arises from a GADT pattern match.  That is
 the primary use-case:
 {{{
 data T a where
   T1 :: T Int
   T2 :: T a
   T3 :: T Bool

 f :: T Int -> Bool
 f T1 = ...
 f T2 = ...
 f T3 = ...  -- We want to report this case as inaccessible
 }}}
 I'll think on that.
