 I think the ghc bug here is that GHCi panics when it cannot find a shared
 library and for errors returned by the link editor and also for some
 errors returned by `dlopen`. The correct behavior would be to print an
 error message and terminate normally in such situation as it is not ghc's
 fault that a file is not found etc. I shall create a separate ticket for
 that.
