 Yes. When `DYNAMIC_GHC_PROGRAMS=NO`, GHCi uses the Runtime System linker
 (rts/Linker.c) instead of the system installed dynamic linker.

 Thanks for looking into it. It might be a

 known issue with the Runtime System Linker], I'm not sure.
