Look in `TcRnDriver.tcRnExpr`. After the `tcInferSigma`, but still in the
`pushLevelAndCaptureConstraints`, use `deeplyInstantiate` and `mkLHsWrap`.
I'm afraid I can't conveniently test this right now, though.
